Criminal cases are dealt with by Clive Dawson, Jane-Louise Watson and Peter Vialls. Jane-Louise and Peter have got pages of their own under Matrimonial and Civil Litigation respectively, so this page has Clive's likeness indelibly linked. Clive is the Senior Partner in W&B, and has been qualified for well over 20 years, and a partner for nearly as long. He is a member of the Legal Service Commission Area Committee, coordinator of the Huntingdon Duty Solicitor scheme, and a very experienced advocate, having dealt with all types of case from murder up to careless driving, both as prosecutor and as defence.
It is hopeless to try to contact him after 7.00 pm, as he will be listening to "The Archers"! He is happiest when well away from computers and other inventions of the devil. Perhaps not surprisiingly in view of the above, he does not have an email address – send any emails either to Peter Vialls or to Louis Brandt, who will ensure he gets the messages.
