Our civil litigation matters are handled by Peter Vialls, who has been qualified for well over twenty years, and a partner in the firm for fifteen. He deals with all types of civil litigation:-

	We try to carry out civil litigation work under Legal Aid for clients who qualify, but legal aid has been cut back significantly in the last few years, and we are heavily restricted on the number of cases and types of work we can do. This is not our choice – we are limited by the rules imposed upon us by the Legal Services Commission. Talk to us and we will see if we can help.
